These are my little insights over the years.  Some were made when I was 15, some were made a decade later.  They're in no particular order, either by preference, category, or when I made them.  If I had to choose, my absolute favorite one is the first, "Regret is worse than rejection".  A bunch of them were made during my very cynical high school days, and some during my more enlightened 20's.  It's an interesting mix, and I'm sure you'll find at least a few that you like.
